If your school denies your waiver, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the waiver denial date and only if the plan has not been used. Proof of the school's denial is required. Please email your request to VISIT® Insurance at info@visitinsurance.com

If your payment shows as invalid or declines, please do the following:
Double check that you have input the current credit or debit card number, expiration date and CVV number.
If the credit card/ debit card number is correct, please contact your bank to check if a pre-authorization is required before the payment can be processed. Some International Banks require pre-authorization as a special security measure.
If you would like to pay monthly for the Explorer Plan, on the online application form, please put the START and END DATE as your first month of coverage. As an example, if you need your plan to start on September 1, you will put the Start Date as 9/1/2025 and the End Date as 9/30/2025.
Each month you will receive a RENEWAL Notice by email. Please use the link from the RENEWAL notice to renew the policy as needed. It is important to use the Renewal link that is emailed to you in order to have continuous coverage under the same policy number.
If you no longer need the coverage, you will not fill out the renewal for the next month.
WellAway Elite
The WellAway ELITE Policy is designed to provide ACA compliant health care coverage in the United States which has been approved under Title I of the Affordable Care Act and meets and exceeds minimum essential coverage, as applicable to non-grandfathered plans, pursuant to Section 5000A of the Internal Revenue Code and in the final regulations set forth in 45 CFR 156.604 pursuant to the authority granted to the Secretary of Health and Human Services under Section 5000A(f)(1)(E) and delegated to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The benefits and services described in your Policy have an unlimited annual maximum, cover pre-existing conditions and include all Essential Health Benefits as outlined by the Affordable Care Act. The general terms and conditions of this Policy contain all of the information you need regarding your benefits and requirements under this Policy. On May 20, 2022, our World Elite plans received recognition from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for substantially complying with the requirements of Title I of the Affordable Care Act applicable to nongrandfathered plans in the individual market.
